Preparation Steps

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch

    Dissolve the cornstarch in 100 ml of cold milk.

  2. Heat the milk

    In a saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the sugar.

  3. Add the cornstarch

    Add the cornstarch mixture and stir for 5 minutes until thickened.

  4. Add the pistachios

    Add the finely ground pistachios and stir.

  5. Flavor it

    Add the rose water and vanilla.

  6. Serve

    Pour into cups and garnish with qishta cream and coarsely chopped pistachios.
