Account & Registration
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Start 14 days for free without any credit card. If you decide to upgrade to Pro after the trial, you can choose your payment method then.
How long does registration take?
90 seconds. Four simple questions about your goals, health condition, family size, and cooking level. No convoluted medical forms.
Can I use EEINA without an app?
Yes. You can use the EEINA Web App directly from your browser, or receive recipes daily on WhatsApp. The mobile app is optional.

What is the difference between Taste and Habit Pro?
Taste is free forever: 100 recipes, 5 weekly plans, and a GI calculator. Pro is SAR 49/month including VAT: 12,000 recipes, Family Plan, monthly doctor reports, and WhatsApp support. Compare Plans.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancellation is instant from within the app settings, with no calls or forms. Service continues until the end of the paid period, and won't renew after.
What payment methods are available?
Mada · Apple Pay · STC Pay · Tabby (4 installments) · Tamara (4 installments) · Visa · Mastercard. All processed securely via a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. The annual subscription is SAR 39/month including VAT instead of 49 — saving you 20% (SAR 120 saved yearly). Total of SAR 468 for the full year including VAT.
Recipes & Plans
How is GI calculated for each recipe?
We take each ingredient, cross-reference its GI from the International Tables of Glycemic Index (University of Sydney), and calculate a weighted average based on amounts. Read our Method page.
Can I customize the plan for my health condition?
Yes. Your plan adapts automatically based on: goals, health conditions, allergies, and family size. You can modify these settings anytime.
What if I have an allergy to a specific ingredient?
We comply with the SFDA's official list of 11 allergens. Any recipe containing these is clearly coded, and your plan excludes them automatically.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
All your personal data is stored inside Saudi Arabia on servers compliant with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Your data never leaves the Kingdom.
Do you sell my data to advertisers?
No. Never. We do not sell, share, or lease your data to any third party. Our only source of revenue is Pro subscriptions. Read full Policy.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. From account settings, the \"Delete Account\" option deletes all your data within 30 days in compliance with PDPL. You can restore it during this grace period.
Is EEINA a substitute for a doctor?
No. EEINA is an educational tool to help you choose food consciously. It does not replace consulting a doctor or licensed dietitian. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions.
