1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website eeina.com, EEINA applications, or any of our channels (WhatsApp, email list, integrations), you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any term, you must stop using the service immediately.

The service is provided by EEINA Development for Information Technology Establishment (CR 4031086289), headquartered in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Account Creation

Registration Requirements

• Age 18 years or older · or guardian consent for family accounts
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, email, phone number)
• Protect your login credentials · you are responsible for all activity under your account
• Do not create multiple accounts for the same person to exploit free trials

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. Subscription & Payment

Available Plans

• Taste (Free): Free forever · 100 recipes · 5 weekly plans · GI Calculator
• Habit Pro: 49 SAR/month (VAT inclusive) · or 39 SAR/month billed annually (468 SAR upfront)
• Family: 79 SAR/month (VAT inclusive) · up to 6 members

Accepted Payment Methods

Mada · Apple Pay · STC Pay · Visa · Mastercard · Tabby (4 installments) · Tamara (3 installments). All payments are processed via payment service providers licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel the renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel renewal anytime in your Account Settings, and the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

Electronic Invoices

We issue tax invoices compliant with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) · Phase 2 (E-invoicing). Invoices are available in your account within 24 hours of each payment.

4. Refund Policy

• 14-Day Free Trial: No payment required, no need for refunds
• First 7 Days of Paid Subscription: Full refund, no questions asked
• After 7 Days: No partial refunds · but you can cancel the renewal at any time
• Annual Subscription: Pro-rated refund within the first 30 days only, after which it is non-refundable
• Technical Error Cases: Duplicate payment, incorrect charge · immediate refund within 3 business days

5. Acceptable Use

The service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You are prohibited from:

• Reselling or distributing recipes and meal plans to third parties
• Copying content to publish on competing platforms (recipes, images, plans)
• Attempting unauthorized access to the systems (reverse engineering, scraping, hacking)
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or violating public order and morals
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person

We permit:

• Sharing individual recipes with a friend using the integrated share button
• Printing the shopping list for personal use
• Sharing your health data with your personal doctor or dietitian

6. Health Disclaimer

In particular:

• If you have diabetes, consult your physician before altering your diet · insulin doses may need adjustment
• If you are pregnant or nursing, nutritional needs vary · please review with an expert
• If you have food allergies, verify ingredients yourself · we make every effort but human error is possible
• Content is reviewed by Dr. Mona Al-Harbi (licensed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority), but this does not constitute a personal medical prescription

7. Intellectual Property

All contents (recipes, images, plans, methodology, logo, design, codebase) are owned by or licensed to EEINA Development for Information Technology Establishment. The logo is registered with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property.

You use the service under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. No ownership or commercial reuse rights are granted.

8. User Content

When you post a review, dish photo, or comment, you:

• Confirm the content is yours or you have the right to publish it
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display it within the service and use it for recommendation improvements
• Respect the privacy of others · do not post personal data without consent
• Take full responsibility for your content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or public decency without notice.

9. Delivery & Grocery Partners

When integrating your shopping list with grocery partners (e.g., Tooseel, Noon Daily, Carrefour), or ordering delivery via licensed partners:

• The order is subject to the partner company's terms (prices, delivery, refunds)
• EEINA bears no responsibility for product quality or delivery accuracy
• Any dispute regarding the order should be resolved directly with the partner
• EEINA's role is strictly limited to transferring the shopping list

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law:

• We do not guarantee the service will be 100% available or error-free
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (specific weight loss, improved health indicators)
• Our maximum financial liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the last 12 months
• We bear no liability for indirect, consequential damages or lost profits

These limitations do not exclude mandatory rights guaranteed under the Saudi Consumer Protection System.

11. Service Termination

By You

You can delete your account at any time in Account Settings, or by emailing support@eeina.com. Upon deletion, your data is erased within 90 days (see Retention Policy).

By Us

We may suspend your account or terminate our service in the following cases:

• Material breach of these terms
• Failure to pay the subscription for 30 days
• A binding judicial or regulatory request
• Complete cessation of service (with 60 days prior notice and refund of unused periods)

12. Amending Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via:

• Email for active accounts (30 days prior to taking effect)
• In-app notification
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the service after updates constitutes agreement to the new version. If you do not agree, you can terminate your account before the effective date with a refund of unused periods.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
