Frequently Asked Questions About Plans

When will I see the first results?

First week: a calmer feeling after meals and more stable energy. Second week: GI measurements begin to stabilize. First month: a shareable PDF report for your doctor showing the actual progress curve. Sustainability builds the habit, not rushing.

Do these plans work if I don't cook much?

Yes. Every recipe has quick alternatives (15 minutes) and restaurant alternatives (we guide you on smart ordering from your favorite spots). The plan works whether you cook one day or six days a week.

Can I change my plan later?

Of course. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings, and your preferences and tracking will transfer automatically. The free trial resets if you change plans within the first 14 days.

Is the clinical review actually by Dr. Muna Al-Harbi?

Yes. Every medical plan (Diabetes currently, Pregnancy and Heart later) undergoes her review before publication. Dr. Muna is an SFDA-licensed clinical dietitian and meets subscribers monthly via brief virtual sessions. The Methodology page displays the full scientific references.

Is the 14-day free trial really without a credit card?

Absolutely. We do not ask for a credit card to start the trial, and we never auto-renew your subscription without your consent. The Diabetes Plan offers 30 days as part of the 2026 Campaign. If you decide not to continue, the trial simply expires quietly.
