Why Choose Dates Over Sugar?
Nutrient Density
Unlike refined sugar, which provides empty calories, dates offer fiber, potassium, and magnesium, slowing the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream.
Antioxidant Boost
Fresh lemon juice is a potent source of Vitamin C, while mint provides polyphenols. Fresh preparation ensures these delicate compounds remain active.
