  • Soaked Dates (Sugar Substitute) — 3 Dates
  • Cold Water — 4 cups
  • Ice — As needed

Method

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then blend with one cup of water.
  2. Strain the date mixture and keep the sweet liquid.
  3. Squeeze the lemons and mix the juice with the date water and remaining cold water.
  4. Gently bruise the mint leaves with the back of a spoon and add them to the mix.
  5. Serve immediately over plenty of ice.
